We needed to stay for several days so we really got to experience what they had to offer. Loved having a washer/dryer available. The breakfast waffles were delicious and the coffee came in 3 different strengths so everyone happy. All staff were friendly and helpful and the place was so clean and comfortable. It was a nice place to come home to at the end of the day.

The room was dirty had a very strong musty mess in the air, which is difficult to breathe in especially if you have asthma or allergies. The air conditioner did work well. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The furniture was dirty and broken. overall it was very rundown, which would be OK for a night if it wasn’t also dirty and musty. The carpet was filthy and felt wet which probably added to the odor. The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was easy. There were those positives, and the bed was comfortable , but overall, I would not stay there again.

Very clean, quiet comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Comfy beds. Dog friendly. There just wasn't really any place to walk the dog. Ad mentioned off leash area but there were none

I liked that the pet rooms were right next to exterior doors. It was easy with my dog. Our room was decently clean. The bathroom shower needed a little more cleaning. We had a few bugs but we were also right next to the exterior door and they were coming in from the outside lights. Room was spacious and beds were clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond during our stay. Mediocre continental breakfast & needs a new toaster. Overall stay was worth the price!

We have stayed at four Windham properties this week and had no other bad experience. We were not told their would be no running water in our room. We checked in close to six pm and water wasn't back on until the middle of the night The room was not very clean and had dust and wasn't properly vacuumed. This morning the coffee machine was out of order in the breakfast room. This was the first Windham we did not stay for breakfast which was one of the reasons for picking this hotel. It does not deserve the excellent rating it shows on the Expedia site that had me choose it!!!! I am not overly critical so this is the first negative review I have given a hotel. That I took the time to write this means it was really not a good experience.
