“Great space for 3 people, not too big, not too small. Lots of nice decorative touches. Very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Owner very responsive. Brought over an ironing board not long after we asked her about one.”

“This place was great! It was a wonderful house and had everything that we needed. The location to the beach access was perfect!! We also walked to dinner every night we were there. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will hopefully be back to vacation here again!”

“The location was great, plenty of things to walk to including the beach. The cottage itself shows its age and could use some attention. If you're planning to spend the majority of your time outdoors, you likely wouldn't notice as much as we did but it rained on us for the majority of the stay so we were stuck inside. Still, we enjoyed our stay there.”

“Everything stated about this was exactly true! It was close, quiet and loved the screened in porch for late night chats. The home was clean and everything worked as designed. The communication with agent, excellent! No recommendations for improvement. We were on the move so not a lot of time actually spent there. Was able to store our E bikes in the front screened porch area. I would definitely rent this property again!! Close to eating and drinking places along with a neat bike/walking trail……

“From start to finish, this place was wonderful!! The hosts, Richard and Faith, were kind and hospitable! They provided assorted breakfast items in the fridge/freezer, like Eggo waffles, eggs, sausage patties, assorted cereals, fruit, and milk.The cottage stay came ready-made for cozy comfort! The bed was so comfortable! If we needed anything, they were available ! Richard gave us suggestions for good local restaurants . Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this cottage is definitely……

“Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Lifeguards are posted at the beach during the summer season. The street was peaceful and quiet at all times. I would love to stay in the upstairs unit next……
