Decent house. Uncomfortable beds. Wasn't informed about basement tennant. A/C unit didn't work. Sparse kitchen (not even a napkin or paper towel). Overpriced.

NOT as advertised

I tried to write a detailed summary that also included the nice things,but this site does not allow enough space to do that. This will be short and choppy and only focus on the negative because the next visitor needs to know these things; this house is NOT as advertised. It will only sleep 12 at the most. Only get the main floor and the second floor. The basement is rented out to various other people who don't like little children, running across the floor and thump on the ceiling to tell us how irritated they are. Wi-Fi password did not work. Host was unresponsive when asked for correct Wi-Fi password and to please provide basic necessities such as toilet paper. There are only 12 actual sleeping spaces. Not enough bath towels, cleaning products like dish soap, lacks kitchen small appliances, pots, pans, beds not put together properly, no lights in one of the bedrooms.

Nice house but not private residence

Let me say first this a large house with plenty of space, but I booked this home because the listing said "entire" home. I was not told until the day before check in that there are seperate rental units in the basement. The basement entrance is in the backyard so people are coming and going through the gate all night. So lets just say it was uncomfortable to say the least knowing 6 other rooms under me were being rented with all the cars out front and trash cans overflowingover and over my 2 week say.
