The property is clean and attractive. The beach is within walking distance and the pools are wonderful! You can walk to so many great restaurants! The room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Great staff made us feel welcome immediately. The location is very convenient to Footbridge Beach, which I liked better than Ogunquit Beach. It's also a quick walk to downtown Ogunquit or you can take the trolley, if you don't want to walk.

Excellent service du personnel, particulièrement par la jeune femme de l’accueil. Grande chambre très propre, quoique très humide à l’intérieur, chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons ajouté une journée à notre séjour et avons dû changer pour une chambre au 2ème étage et pour l’humidité, c’était vraiment mieux. Petit frigo et four micro-ondes dans la chambre. Petite piscine extérieure et une autre à l’intérieur. À 10-12 minutes à pied de Foot Bridge Beach, qui est une très belle plage avec des toilettes tout près. À 20-25 minutes à pied de la rue principale avec commerces et restaurants, mais il y a aussi quelques restaurants à un pas du motel. Chaises et BBQ sur le terrain. J’y retournerais sans hésiter !!

Beds were comfortable, great water pressure for the showers, pools were nice. Quiet shaded areas to sit with Adirondack chairs. Very polite front desk staff.

Started off on wrong foot by not getting the rooms we reserved. Rooms were clean although maybe a bit outdated. Proximity to beach and dining is definitely a huge plus! Toilet kept acting up on us, running as having to jingle the handle.. overall would probably stay again. All interactions with staff were good

The shower did not work properly so it was difficult to shower. When you turned the knob to hot, it was too hot so when you turned it to the right to get it cooler, the water shut off. There was no wi-fi. I had to go outside to send texts.

The kind sized bed sheets did not fit the bed and felt rough and scratchy. Any time you sat on it or rolled over the sheets and mattress cover came off the corners. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The 2 towels we were given were child sized and did not fit around our average sized bodies. The tv might have been 30 inches. The channel selection was minimal. We did not use the pools but they did appear well kept. The outdoor pool is about 15 feet from the main road - a little strange. The mini fridge and freezer did actually work well - a pleasant surprise. Parking was no issue. Staff was minimally friendly. I have stayed on many different properties in Ogunquit and I have to say I will never return to this one. I have never been so physically uncomfortable in a hotel ever.
