“We booked Queen type room. It allows to add extra bed without any fee. So it is still comfortable even we are 2 adults and 2 kids. Quite friendly to kids. We can communicate with front desk employees by English. Compare with other hotels, it is worth 5 stars. Strongly recommended. Will book next time!”

“the hostel is really closed to the station, no need to cross the footbridge, nor stair, nor tunnel, just 3 mins walking is fine. Plenty of Local train to get back to Shinagawa station and even convenience to HND airport. Also, 3 supermarket within 3 mins walking and family mart is just 10 feet far. You may find some visitors from europe there, and the japanese staff there is with fluent english (even non-asia accent). It is really a good choice if you wish to stay a night before taking the……

“Layover stay on my way to a business conference. This was a very convenient place to stay, in a lively (but not touristy) neighborhood. "Check-in" was completely hands-free, with all arrangements made in advance - when arriving on-site, you just use codes received previously via email. Building is a modernist concrete structure; room is "cozy" sized but had everything needed including a nice tub. Decent size for a budget-friendly Tokyo stay, but first time Western visitors may be expecting……
