“Loved the stylings - catholic collection of cutlery, bedding, and stuff in the bach. Nice and old school (pun intended!). Had everything you could need. The fire was great, homely, warming. We loved getting away from it all in Awakino. Just enough to do and not to do. The view / location was ataahua. Beautiful place in the world. Thank you for sharing this place. ”

“Our stay was amazing, although the road noise in the two front rooms where annoying I guess it's only until the road is opened again on state highway 1. The venue was lovely and we all enjoyed the 1920s theme, we even dressed in period clothing for dinner on the sat night. The house was well set up with everything we needed, and close to visiting the mountain. I would recommend this venue, especially for large groups.”
