“What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!”

If you are expecting modern and hotel like accommodations- this isnt for you. If you want a homey atmosphere with the basics available in a safe area, then this is perfect. “This is the second time we have enjoyed staying at this property. There is nothing bad I can say about it. It's very welcoming, cozy, clean, and has everything you would want to have an enjoyable stay. The backyard is very cute and I wish it had not been so hot outside and so humid or we would have made good use of the included Grill. The backyard is also privacy fenced so that's very nice.
