“We enjoyed the stay very much! Convenient location, staff are friendly and helpful and they speak good English. Onsen environments are nice. We love the dogs and cats there.😍 Would be better if there are more support like amenity and small bags for us to bring towels to onsen. Will come again for sure.”

“The hot spring is very comfortable and is located on the rooftop with beautiful sea views. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and varied. The room is spacious, you can see Beppu Tower at night, and you can see the sea view and sunrise in the morning.”

“A very nice, quiet natural environment. Polite and warm staff. The onsens are very refreshing. The one in the room provides further privacy though it’s small. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk from the JR station. The AEon and Daiso are in the neighbourhood. I will choose the same hotel if I come here again ”

“The service is good and the room is very comfy and nice. However, for the food wise, in general experience is just ok. The outdoor private onsen with stunning Mountain View and I really enjoyed the stay! Worth for a stay!”
