“Situated close to grocery store and great food.”

“There was no kitchen. We had to remove our own trash. Lots of rules. Place was nice but a little dirty. Great location. Three stories high no elevator.”

“Gorgeous place at edge of philmont ranch. Stunning views and the Southwest style with lovely art and furnishings just perfect. Wonderful breakfast and food to snack on that was included. Staff most helpful. Want to go back next year and stay longer! ”

“The heat was not on during our stay. Electric heaters worked ok, but would expect the central heat as standard—or at least tell us up front at check in. ”

“Pros: Awesome hosts, very friendly and very quick to respond to questions. Close to Angel Fire skiing (10 minute drive). Beautiful area; two deer hung outside our window much of time there. Property very clean. Master bedroom good size w/ huge closet. Would certatinly rent again, because of hosts gratitude (though not with our 2 children as place is too small). Cons: You have downstairs/basement of building shown. Kitchen does not have oven or stove and tiny table. Only allows 4 guests,……

“Amazing mountain views. Very easy check in. Quickly accomodated a change to our departure date. Conveniently located within 2 hours of some of the greatest places in New Mexico (Santa Fe, Taos, Wheelers Pass, Gorge bridge and Philmont).”

“ When we arrived it was hard to determine how to gain access into the property. The building smelled of sewage and the room was 85 degrees. I reached out to the property manager who let us know that the building was centrally controlled and we would just have to sleep with the window and sliding glass door open. On morning one the coffee pot malfunctioned making a mess and we had to buy coffee each morning at the store the rest of the stay. On morning two the TV would only showed the picture in……

“The treehouse was amazing and such a neat set up. Our child loved the loft. We had a very relaxing Thanksgiving and enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. There were several hiking trails in the area and were able to view wildlife. This was a fabulous getaway and look forward to returning!”
