“The property is new and clean. The staff in the front desk are really professional and well trained. The location is great as well. I’d rate it a strong 7 out of 10. Amenities like seating area, pool and outdoor are yet to be completed though. ”

“Great Hotel! My only problems involved my room. There was no hot water and clogged toilet. The maintainance staff was not the best. The took there time getting to my room and made a mess when repairing the washroom. One of the rooms i booked had an issue with the airconditioner.”

“Location is brilliant Food is good bit pricey but good nonetheless. Staff were good - although I would say that information management from restaurant & front desk needs to be improved. Was asked to pay a bill that was already paid at check out which I refused; took them a very long time to find the receipt of the payment that was made. This should not happen at check out. Cleanliness & general maintenance and upkeep of hotel is needed. Otherwise a safe place to stay when I'm Lagos.”

“Very clean and well-maintained boutique hotel. Spent a total of 12 nights and did not want to leave. The room smelled good, corridors smelled fresh, staff and customer service was top notch. WiFi was patchy on my first stay but it was fixed and had no issues on my second stay. The rooms are much better than in the pictures. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure on the property. My guests were treated well. Variety at breakfast and in the Rye restaurant was good. As feedback to hotel, ensure……
