“We travel together and decided to check out Destin. We went deep sea fishing with First Light charter, and had a great time! At the house we enjoyed the game room, heated pool and we loved fishing off the dock! The beach was beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat on our last day and it was the crowd favorite! ”

“The house was as promised. There were 5 bedrooms and the beds were decent. There were no dressers of any kind in any of the bedrooms. There was one 2 drawer night stand in each room. No where to put luggage except on the bed. No where to store folding clothes except to leave in the luggage on the floor. There were 3 bathrooms and NONE of them had enough towel racks or hooks for wet towels. With 9 people as we had and bath towels and beach towels there was not enough hanging hooks or towel racks.”

“Great condo at Sandpiper Cove. My family had plenty of room. There are a lot of utensils pots and pans. The air condition was fabulous!!!l. My family have been vacationing at Sandpiper Cove for many years. We love this condo.”

“This condo was a little further from the beach then we'd hoped. Accommodations on the resort were great for teens; hot tubs, pools, golf and pickleball. The extras provided with the rental were much appreciated; beach chairs, enough toilet paper, dish soap, garbage liners for more than just your first few days. ”

“I went to Destin to half work and half relax. This home was perfect . Everything inside was new : from the flooring , furnishings , appliances to the large deck. The WiFi TV was easy to use. The location was right across from the beach and the back deck had a beautiful views of the lake and wildlife : turtles and birds. The host was very responsive . I highly recommended. 5 stars.”

“Me and my family were in town for a baseball tournament. This location was within 10 minutes of the fields, also just a 2 minute walk to the beach, the wife and kids loved it!”

“My wife and I just finished our stay at this condo. The stay was exactly what was listed and the owner does everything to try to accommodate your stay. Little things like having beach chairs and umbrellas, to YETI cups to keep your drinks cool. The property is extremely close to the beach, only just across a less traveled road. Also, the beach entrance is only for residents and guest which will give you a spot on the beach. There is a restaurant called Louisiana Lagniappe which has great seafood……

Ken was amazing with communication and had great ideas for fun activities/restaurantsThe location was incredible! The beach was just a few steps away, with a beautiful lake in the back.The villa was so cute and clean inside with everything you need. We would definitely stay again. ”
