“The house is very nice spacious, bright and clean. Our room is good size, comfortable with a nice bathroom. The host is friendly, mostly left us alone to do our stuff. It's in a neighbor very close to downtown, a few minutes' walk. It backs up to a busy highway, so can be noisy if windows are opened, but very quiet when closed. The breakfast consisted of a plate with tiny bit of meat, potatoes, 1 egg, bread, fruit and salad. It was light and good. I just wished there were a bit more available,……

“隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。”

“Amazing views, service and location. The service is impeccable on all 3 properties. The El Dorado Hotel to the Arms and the Manteo condos. We stayed 2 nights at the Arms, and moved to a 1 bedroom at the Manteo. We were very impressed with the spaciousness and amenities provided in the 2 bedroom condos. Parking to the kitchen it was a perfect place for our family for the week. The pools, to the workout room. We needed a emergency wheel chair for my mom and the resort was so accommodating and……

“The beds were so comfy. I got my best night sleep in your hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of both hot and cold options with fresh ingredients. The coffee and teas offered throughout the day were amazing . Also loved the hotel pool and hot tub”

“這是間十分舒適的旅館，房間很大、設備齊全，還有一個可以看到 Kelowna 全城的大露台。 距離市中心有點遠，駕駛要十分鐘車程，對於自駕遊應該不是問題。房東十分好客，不但幫忙搬運行李，還讓我們隨時免費享用他們自家制作的美味早餐。十分推薦其他旅客選擇這所美麗的旅館。”

“Staff were strange. Wouldn’t let my toddler use the bathroom while checking in. No acknowledgement during key drop off. But the rooms were clean. Pool was very nice. Beautiful property ”
