As you enter, you’re greeted by a spacious living room - complete with a bespoke design where you can relax after a day exploring the city’s treasures. Enjoy a homemade cuisine or a take-out from the many restaurants around in the functional kitchen laden with thoughtful amenities including a microwave, refrigerator, Mr. Coffee pot and Keurig single-serve, and toasters. To ensure a seamless stay, we've supplied dishes, cooking oil, and complimentary coffee. Retreat to the bathroom, entirely renovated, wherein a standing shower awaits to offer an invigorating and relaxing clean. Your cozy bedroom houses a comfortable queen-size bed, a ceiling fan for additional comfort, and a closet to house your belongings. As an eco-minded host (with experience to boot), we prioritize cleanliness for your comfort and safety. Our team diligently disinfects high-touch areas and provides the necessary cleaning supplies for your use throughout your stay. Be it a brief sojourn or a long-term stay, the suite is well-equipped to cater to all your needs, promising a memorable and hospitable stay that brings you back for more!

As the seasons morph into balmy and fragrant Spring, this charming suite transforms into an ideal base for your holiday retreats, be it Easter Sunday or even the celebration of Independence Day. Imagine returning from vibrant city festivities to this calming abode for a nightcap, a little tranquility amidst the effervescent city hustle. Dine alfresco in the fully fenced backyard, a perfect setting for a family BBQ during Memorial Day. Or take a leisurely stroll to nearby Scissortail and Bricktown River Walk Park, perfect spots to watch Spring bloom in all its glory. Given our location in the city's epicenter, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining and drinking venues. The Plaza District is renowned for its mesmerizing street art, eclectic shops, and vibrant nightlife. Here, live music emanates from dive bars and you can feast on a spectrum of gastronomic adventures from modern American eateries to hip vegan spots. Not to forget, our furry guests are never left behind! Dogs are welcome, accommodated at a small fee. Check-in begins at 4 PM and checkout wraps up at 11 AM. Guest access
Your private paradise, marked by a yellow door (unit 2), is on the left of the house with a dedicated entrance. With the provided access code, enjoy uninterrupted and secure access to your guest suite. You can park your car at the back of the house driveway or use the street parking without any hassle. Please ensure your access to other units remains restricted.

You can access this space (Unit 3) with a private entrance.
You will receive an access code in the check-in instructions and a passcode for the lockbox.
You will have access to your unit only. Please don't access other units.

● Backyard: The backyard is fully fenced
● Climate Control: The property features a mini-split that you can use to adjust the temperature.
● Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for bookings of 7 days or more.

2. General information about our properties:
● Check-in: 4 pm, check-out: 11 am.
● Pets: Dogs (only) are welcome with an additional fee. Refer to pet fee details below.
● Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am.
● Same-day bookings may only sometimes be available. Please send us a message, and we'll let you know the check-in time as we'll require a window of time to prepare the unit for your arrival
● We don't offer streaming services or cable TV, but feel free to use your streaming accounts on the provided TV—remember to log out.
● Monthly pest control is in place, but Oklahoma weather can bring ants and insects. If you spot any, find the spray bottle under the sink.
● Oklahoma weather can be extreme; we'll try to maintain a comfortable temperature, but adjusting the thermostat too much can damage the unit, and you'll be responsible for repairs.
● Kindly refrain from disposing of anything besides toilet paper in the toilet, as it may cause system blockages. Any unclogging fees resulting from this will be your responsibility
● Please read the house rules for our policy in detail; booking implies agreement and compliance without any exceptions.

3. Additional charge:
● Pets: Accommodation for up to two dogs is available at a fee of $35 each (exclusive to dogs only).
● Belongings: Guests must thoroughly inspect their belongings before departure to avoid a $50 fee (plus shipping) for any lost items.
● Late Check-Out: A $40 charge will be incurred for stays beyond 11:00 am (unless approved), as the cleaning team may need to wait and reroute their schedule.
● Lost Keys: Kindly leave the key in the lockbox upon departure. Replacement keys can be obtained for a fee of $50.
● Extra Guests: Each additional guest carries a $50 cleaning fee per person, contingent upon written approval before their stay.
● Towels: Guests are entitled to one set of towels. An additional set may be requested with a 24-hour notice before the check-in time. There is no extra fee for earlier notice, but any additional amenity requests during the stay will incur a charge for the cleaning team to deliver.
