We had the most amazing front desk clerk. She was very kind. Explained everything clearly. We had a little hiccup at check-in but she got it resolved quickly.

One expects more at this type of hotel. No hot water on 3rd floor. No lights above vanity on 2nd floor. Just a big disappointment.

There should be more handicap parking available. Perhaps move the Diamond Member spots to the front and make a sidewalk through the island.
Had a great Saturday night with family. Shopping and out to eat, there are lots of options for dining and shopping 🛍️
Hotel stay was great, clean and comfortable.
Starbucks and gas station near for drinks ..

Absolute sh*tshow
Had trouble with the room access card reader right out of the gate. Had to go back down to the desk. To get in the room. Late evening came back to the room. Same issue! My medication was in the room, but they just wanted to stick us in another room until somebody showed up the next morning who knew how to charge the door card reader as if it was some mystery. We refused to wait until the next day, they finally woke us up in another room at 2 AM to tell us our room was ready to enter. All of this hassle over not knowing how to charge one of the doors in your hotel is stupid and shows the quality of service at this hotel. I love Hampton Inn, but this one was garbage. I will never go back and to be honest I’d love to get a refund, but it’s not worth the crap that I have to go through to get it.
