Indoor waterpark was amazing! I did not care for the wild and frenzied check out at 11 am. There was too much going on. Most meals and everything else was expensive. Everyday citizens could not afford this.

We booked through Expedia thinking that it would be cheaper but it was not because you still have to pay a resort fee at the hotel that expedia doesn't cover. So booking through expedia did not save us money. Brain D. at the front desk was friendly and a great help when checking in. Later when at the front desk I spoke to a man in a blazer (I'm guessing a manager) but did not catch his name and he was not very helpful or have very good customer service. The splash falls was closed during our stay, even though it was scheduled to be open. We were credited $100 to spend because of this, but that doesn't go very far at the arcade, ice-cream shop or any other stores in the hotel. They also had other water features closed off and on throughout our stay. The water slides have a fun feature that you can scan your wrist band for it to take a photo, however we havent been able to access the photos, and serval of the employeeswe asked couldn't tell us howbto get the photos. So there are still several things that need worked out, since there were many features that did not work during our visit. Overall a good experience but was definitely disappointed that part of the water park was closed and then had a front desk manager that was rude. Rooms- The bathroom in the room is rather small and there are no shelves in the shower for your own personal items Food & drinks- Several options for food there without having to leave the hotel

Very disappointed that I paid around 500$ and multiple attractions were not even open. No hot tub, no outdoor slide, no outdoor obstacle course, no big indoor slide. Paid full price for basically no attractions.

Nice resort. Great waterpark inside. Outside is a nice pool but some activities were not open. Same as the inside waterpark. Should have more chairs for guests. Hotel still need to be completed and staff trained properly. Lots of questions to the staff and they had no answers. (What is the price of products? No answer. Do you have a list of ingredients for the cooked meals? No idea. Electrical panel in rooms are not tied to the wall. Bathroom door is too low to allow for the towel to go over it. Staff not very friendly (probably overwhelmed with the guests requirements). The check-in wasn't working (kiosks) so had to register at the front desk (under staffed). Got an email for a credit (thank you) since some of the water features weren't working, only to have to request it since it wasn't included in my final bill. The ability to pay with the bracelets wasn't working. So, very inconvenient. Parking is not big enough to support all of the guests, so have to pay another $30 parking fee... on top of the resort fee.... I was expecting to be paying slightly more for food (due to the convenience factor of being there), but at the price that I paid for the room / experience, I didn't expect to be nickled and dimed .... So, overall, it is a new resort with tremendous opportunity, but not ready for prime time.

Water park indoor had major attraction down for repairs. Out door attraction was adequate however service at cabana and bar were extremely slow. Once it was 30 minutes to get drinks and second time was 45. Opening day glitches. Recommend next time they have a soft opening for employees to get acclimated to where feature and supplies where located prior to guests!

Had a really great stay! Loved the resort and staff. Recommend a stay of at least 3 full days to explore, relax, and have fun at the resort and Bricktown. Free parking is a bit of a distance when carrying luggage, so look into paid parking for convenience. Uber from the resort into the city is affordable and reliable! Our next visit we'll likely rely on Uber and save on rental car fees and parking fees in the city. Not to mention, when relying on Uber you can avoid the walk from resort free parking.

Property is nice. However the service is terrible. No staff at front desk. No one to advise where to park. Check-in is automated by terminal and it charged me double and our wristbands/room keys did not work. No makeup room service occurred even though I asked for it. To work on - staff inconsistencies Told microwaves were available in common spaces prior to check in Some staff let our 8 year old do water slides on a certain play structure, others wouldn't Some staff let us take pool towels to our rooms, others didnt These little things matter so guests know what to expect Our first night we waited 45 minutes for maintenance to unclog our toilet. Had to go to front desk and use their restrooms while we waited another 15-20 minutes. No interior map Activities are not super exciting. Water balloon 'mania' consisted of a bucket the size of a pickle jar with about 6 reusable water balloons and 2 staff tossing them back and forth. After playing 15 minutes they collected the balloons even when my kids were not done playing. -Not enough tubes for lazy river, huge experience killer, people lined up to wait for tubes from those coming off, and others jumped the line. Not well thought out and several angry dad's could turn into trouble. Large debit hold after room charging more than 200$ ( in a cashless venue!) Which was not disclosed or explained upon check in. Very surprising. Again, expectations need to be set. Great things to note Great room location close to the park, arcade, and food. Loved the shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided Comfy beds!
