We booked two rooms for a basketball tournament and had issues since the moment we checked in.
When checking in the receptionist checked me into someone else’s reservation.I originally booked two rooms with two queen beds, when we entered our rooms, they had given me 1 room with 2 queen beds and 1 with a king bed. When I went to let them know we got the wrong room, the two employees argued with me even after I showed them my reservation clearly states two rooms with queen beds, they kept insisting I booked a king bed.Come to find out they had checked me in under someone else’s reservation(someone else on our basketball team) who had the same last name as me, keep in mind I presented my ID at time of check in and the other persons first name was completely off from mine.
They did end up finally moving me to the correct room.
They only had two towels in each room, there were 6 of us total. The first morning we went to ask for more towels they said they were out of towels until housekeepers come in later that day. How do you run out towels???
We went down for breakfast and were locked out of our room for about 2hrs. My daughter was late to her 1st basketball game and was unable to play since her basketball bag was locked in the room.They had to switch us rooms once again. Later that day the keys to our second room stopped working as well and they had to issue me new key cards.
