I loved everything about our stay. Everyone on staff should be commended for excellent hospitality and friendliness.

I called the Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown to ask about their cancelation policy. They told me it was 24 hours. II had to cancel through Expedia since thats who I booked through. Even though I was within the 24 hour window, I was denied and had to pay $154.00 for a room I was unable to make to and tried to cancel within their policy. Needless to say im very disappointed and will not ever book a room there again.

Clean facility, nice rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast the usual. Location fantastic. I would not recommend this property because of its setting: seems to be a locus for very loud cars with very loud stereos. Very. For some reason these annoying (and illegal) drivers cruise between the hotel and the Bass Pro Shop next door. Outrageous and the hotels in the immediate area should put pressure on their city council reps to stop it. I'd never stay in downtown OKC again b/c of it. Well, that and the homeless guy asleep out the side door of the hotel and the other guy across the street defecating in the Bass Pro parking lot. Get it together, OKC. Great downtown with lots of potential but clean it up.

It smells like natural gas in the lobby, and the hallways smell like mildew. The woman at the front lobby told us that there was an indoor pool right down the hall, and we searched but only found the outside one that was closed. When we asked again she said it was at a property next door and, “Just tell them Misty sent you.” The property ‘next door’ was half a mile away and had no parking available, and they had no idea what we were talking about when I went inside to ask at the other hotel. Highly disappointed in this location.

Overall a good stay. Room wasn't ready when we got there 3 hrs after checkin. But the front desk worker Misty took good care of us and comp'd our parking for the mixup. Room was kinda rough. Had not been thoroughly cleaned. Refrigerator was terribly loud running. Seat cushions were worn down. Had to get extra toilet paper myself and asked several times to have trash taken out. Breakfast was good.

Nice staff , just wear and tear on the room furniture and it was clean ! Breakfast was fantastic
