Important Note About the Pool:
Please note that the pool is currently undergoing seasonal preparation and may not be ready at the time of your stay. We are aiming to have all pools ready by mid-May; however, this timeline is weather-dependent and may be delayed due to rain or other conditions beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
This listing is for the main house. There is a garage apartment next to the house with a private entrance that does not have access to the backyard. If you want to book the entire property, please let us know so you can reserve the garage studio as well.
Parking; Large circular driveway that can accommodate up to 6 cars (Share with the garage apartment)
Large swimming pool: it's large and deep as well (some spots can be more than 10 ft deep). No guard on duty and swim at your own risk. Do not swim at night after 9pm. Swimming pool will be closed from Oct- May.
2 stories: the living room, pool table, bar, and 1 bedroom are on the basement floor, while the rest are on the main floor.

Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. The default setting is 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter.
Laundry: It's available in the house
Pet policy: Please aware that there is a pet fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. only dogs are allowed on the property. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
The pool will be closed from October to May.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is available as an additional service. For stays of two nights or less, the fee is $100, and for stays longer than three nights, the fee is $150. This fee covers cleaning after use. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use the hot tub, so we can ensure it is ready for your enjoyment.
As a special offer, we will waive the hot tub fee for all bookings over $2000. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing to stay with us for an extended period.
The hot tub fee is not an upsell cost — it covers the cost of professional cleaning, chemicals, and preparation to ensure the spa is safe, sanitized, and ready for your use. We appreciate your understanding.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
