“This is the perfect place to stay if you're towing boats into the Okoboji area and planning to fish all day and just need a place to cook and crash at night. We towed three boats down, and the parking area was large enough to fit all our trucks and trailers—possibly even more. The bunk room had more than enough beds for the three of us. The host, Brian, was very kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This property was very well equipped with things any renter would need. Very clean and spacious even for a large group. Loved that there were three bathrooms and three showers and so many nice quality towels! The backyard is nice as well to get away and a nice big grill which we utilized and saved money eating out and fighting crowds of other hungry diners. What we liked most of all was the location.
