“This accommodation may not suit every type of traveler. Starting with the positives: Firstly, the room’s amenities were quite good, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Secondly, the guesthouse is located close to Bonn’s city center. However, there were a few challenges: First, upon arrival, there was no staff to greet us, so we were unsure how to enter. Thankfully, another guest helped us enter the building and our room. Second, we had to park quite a distance away and carry our luggage……

“This was my second stay since February 2024. I had a room on the third (second from street level) floor. The property has an elevator that works like a wheelchair lift. My room had enough lighting. Some of the lighting was confusing but I managed to sort it out. The bathroom was clean, had a simple shower stall with curtain, bedroom had a nice view of the Königswinter Straße, and was very close to a bakery where I could go most days for breakfast but not on Rosenmontag. The property is……

“Matrassen een beetje hard, dunne kussens en duur parkeren, maar ondanks die kleine minpuntjes een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Ontbijt was ook erg lekker en uitgebreid.”

“Fantastic family-run hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect for our family of three - room was modern, clean and had everything we might need. Good breakfast and we reserved parking too. Location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the city centre (a number of very good restaurants and bars were recommended to us by the hotel staff) and half an hour drive from Phantasialand (well worth a visit). Would recommend. ”
