“Didn't receive the check-in information before 48 hours. Was locked out of the hotel. Couldn't access/use the wifi. Room was different from the picture.”

“In Troisdorf ist das Kronprinz meine bevorzugte Bleibe. Freue mich immer auf das Frühstück. Mein Zimmer war perfekt eingerichtet. Gutes WLAN, Schreibtisch. Aktuell ist das Haus von außen eigehüllt mit Baugerüst (Fassaden Arbeiten). Stört den Aufenthalt im Hotel aber nicht.”

“Very much enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and the shuttle was extremely handy to use due to location of hotel. The room was really really nice! One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The pillows were very soft and fluffy and the bed was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend staying here. The breakfast service was also very good, tasty and we really enjoyed the hotel breakfasts.”

“High quality room, very clean. Great shower with pushbuttons to turn on, toilettries provided. Well equipped kitchen with crockery, glasses pans, fridge microwave, kettle, toaster and hob. Welcome coffee provided to use with cafetiere. Also had small table with 2 chairs and cupboard area for hanging clothes. Friendly staff and use of whatsapp to contact them a nice touch. Room was well located in central Bonn, cafes, restaurants and local transport. Was also a good base as bought some food,……

“The property lacks any handicap accessibility. The elevator is like a matchbox which could never fit any assistance device (maybe a cane). The rooms are also neither accessible or for families. I requested information about air conditioning because of a medical disability that’s neither hot/cold tolerate. Never heard anything from the site. The room was horribly hot and the fan didn’t help. Resulted me getting sick the first day. I’m fortunate it didn’t result in a trip to the hospital. The……
