“My wife and i have three kids so it can be difficult to find a place to stay. This place was perfect. There was lots of space, great shower, very clean, a good washing machine, comfortable beds and a very nice location. The parking was also very nice. The manging staff was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The residence was in a quiet and serene neighborhood of Kokubunji, just a short 15 minute walk to urban areas full of food, activities and train stations. The private home was clean, cozy and easy to navigate for english speakers.10/ 10 would recommend anyone for staying in this home! Host was super friendly and very responsive!!! We had a wonderful stays ”

He was very prompt and helpful in all communications, from our initial inquiry through to check-in and check-out.The location is convenient—Kokubunji Station is only 15 minutes from Shinjuku, making it a good base for exploring Tokyo and beyond. Just keep in mind that it’s about a 15–20 minute walk from the house to the station, as the host accurately noted.The house is clean and functional, with a washer/dryer which came in very handy.
