一つ何かあるとすれば雨が激しい時に数日泊まったのですが洗濯機の風乾燥機能では全く乾かず
ベランダにも干せないので洗面所の天井かエアコンに対して正面の位置に一箇所物干し用のフックみたいなのがあれば助かるのにな、と思いました。
それ以外は静かで綺麗で便利で快適でした。”

“2泊3日、7人でとても楽しく過ごすことができました。
迷惑メールにチェックインのメールが届いてしまっていて、さらに消えてしまって暗証番号が見られなくなってしまい、管理人に電話させてもらいました。その時の対応もとても優しく、無事に中に入ることができました。ログハウスに行くまでの道がとても狭く、野生の鹿もいて、こんなところに本当にログハウスがあるのか？？と心配になりましたが、ちゃんとありました！
キッチン用品がもっとピカピカならさらにいいのになぁと思いました。そのため、清潔さは星3です。割り箸や紙皿を使いました。
BBQも最高に楽しかったです。屋根がちゃんとあって雨でも問題なくできました。
大きなスクリーンでSwitchをするのは初めてで、とても盛り上がりました。
とにかく楽しかったので、また行きたいし、おすすめです。”

“The residence was in a quiet and serene neighborhood of Kokubunji, just a short 15 minute walk to urban areas full of food, activities and train stations. "This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service.
