“Perfect clean accomodation on the main street of Narai - closer towards the Shizume-jinja shrine. Thoroughly recommend for others to book and stay in. A huge private home that can easily fit two families with three large bedrooms that have multiple beds in each. Modern facilities such as kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Takashi the owner was very helpful and pre booked dinner for us at one of the local restaurants. As everything closes early eg 4pm, it was comforting to know we had a dinner place……

“The property is historic, yet well renovated, so we were comfortable. They also provide tea and cups of noodles at no additional cost if guests need a snack. The biggest bonus is that it's a traditional Japanese house in a historic part of town, so staying there is a travel experience in itself. The small intersection the house is located at is even on the front cover of a tourist handout at the local TI office. We highly recommend it. ”

“Quel séjour formidable dans cette maison ancienne et familiale, perdue dans la montagne ! Cette maison est immense, traditionnelle, et surtout, chargée de 150 ans d'histoire. Il y a des photos de famille et du village très émouvantes, c'était bouleversant d'imaginer la vie qui a pu exister dans ce hameau. Nous avons passé 2 nuits, les enfants étaient ravis également, comme plongés dans un film. Nous avons croisé une famille de singes sur la route. Voiture indispensable, à 45 minutes de part et……
