“I have been to the Lodge at Pico Bonito several times over the past 9 years. There have been many improvements in recent years. They have maintained the beautiful Honduran mahogany cabins in their original design and function. The rooms are certainly large enough. The bathroom is rather small, but adequate. “This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly.
