“Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit.”

“The house was just as described with two bedrooms, kitchen and living area. It was comfortable. There is a small back yard that we enjoyed. It backs up to an office but has a tall wooden fence so you would never know. We were able to walk to a nearby brewery. It is a good location to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP”

“The home and property are in excellent shape. The interior is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen has every every appliance and enough settings for a large group. “Our family of six stayed in one of the tiny houses and while it was a bit of a squeeze, it was surprisingly comfortable and well equipped. Everything is beautiful and modern too! The kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft beds. They also loved the games in the event barn, and the pool. A great spot to stay in the Montrose area!”

“We loved staying in this tiny home. It will sleep 6, but we only had 3 of us in it. Enjoyed being able to sit at the firepit with a fire going and enjoyed the cute little ducks that came to visit from the pond out front the pin had a fountain and little bridge to enjoy as well the only thing we had a problem with was not enough towels. We only had 3, no extra, but they quickly brought us more. The soaps were empty in the shower as well. We had no wash pods for the washer. 2 coffees for……

“The property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures - everything you need and more is there for you. But the view to the San Juan Mountains is even better than we imagined! Very private and peaceful yet so close to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park south entrance. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking or biking.
