The wifi signal was spotty on the main floor but better upstairs or outside--which just made us sightsee and firepit more instead lol. We would've loved a full-length mirror as avid hikers enjoying the trees, but that's a minor detail. Overall we loved this listing and would definitely stay again.”

“We came to the area for an off-road event with our adult children who traveled to join us. The house is in a great location, quiet, beautiful property. The kitchen is great for family cooking and there are good grocery stores in nearby Ava and Seymour. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a great open living room for socializing. Nicholas is an amazing host and it’s been a long time since we’ve had a Vrbo this good. We will absolutely stay here when we come back!”

“Cute little cabin, sleeps 6. Quiet, in the woods just outside Ava city. Kitchen is just a dorm fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. We brought our own tabletop grill and cookstove. Fun property with room for kids to play, playground, picnic tables, firepit to roast marshmallow.”

“This was so far our best little get away! The location is beautiful with great neighbors (Rex and Timalee the owners)! They were so respectful and very friendly making sure we didnt need anything. The loft was beautifully designed and decorated. Plenty of space yet not to big. We will definitely be back. Thanks again, it was a joy yo talk with you both!”
