“Although this hotel is really convenience, salamanca market is just nearby, but i found a pair of smelly dirty socks under my bed ! Also inside the sink is stinky. I cant believe that next to my room’s window are three garbages!!!! yes, i live at the underground floor with several stairs, and i need to carry heavy luggage to walk down . And i can never meet the receptionist even during the working hour but just left a memo with phone call on desk. It is really not a good experience for me .”

“Hotel is very new and clean. Location is convenient. Next to Woolworths and Wellington shopping street. Many restaurants for choice. ”

“Great harbor view from the room, close to pier and restaurants. Helpful staff. Good choices for breakfast. Clean room. Great Christmas atmosphere. Received Christmas card from the staff on Christmas morning, a very nice touch.”

“Amazing place and outstanding service. The place is beautiful: elegant colonial building and the beautifully furnished rooms. We spent 4 nights at the spacious regatta suite. Breakfast was excellent and Denise was very kind - it was nice to dine together with the other guests and chat. The only downsides are that the place is located on a busy road across from a gas station. Yet, once you are inside you cannot hear that.”

“酒店位十分好，近碼頭，酒店有格調，如好友岀行，不建議選擇4人兩房，可選雙人房，因為只有一個洗手間，還要在二樓，樓下是兩張單人床的房，沒有窗，用會透光的門趟門，完全不隔音，樓上客房，及外面的聲音全部都可以聽到。優點是房間佈置舒適，有廚房可以煮食。酒店游泳池好，有洗衣房可自助洗衣服。泊車每天AUD15，前台有禮，可代預約的士到機場”

“Fabulous hotel with good service. Excellent location, close the the piers with lots of nice restaurants in 5 min. Although it’s a heritage hotel, maintenance is good. Facilities are welly managed.”

“Good location, spacious and clean room, friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to restaurants and supermarket. Please inform the staff to reserve you parking slot as the occupancy is really high.”

“Comfortable room, decent room size. Only issue was the overflow of water from the shower, making the bathroom messy. There was times that the housekeeping forgot to take out trash or replenish box tissue, but these are minor issues”
