“We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. “I wanted to take my 13-year old twins and 77-year old mom on a Christmas Vacation. It was my twins first trip EVER and my mom hasn’t been to New York in ages. There is simply no better time to visit than Christmas. With my twins being on The Spectrum and also have sensory processing disorder, we need a kitchen to cook and space for all to decompress when needed. This apartment was PERFECT!
