“Great place and great staff ”

“The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We arrived very late and got checked in fine. When we took showers, the drain was so slow you ended up with ankle deep water. Since it didn't drain properly, it left the tub very slick. When we turned on the tv, the cable box did not work. My husband went to see what could be done and we were told no one coule look at it until Monday. This was Saturday. We were told we would get 15% off our bill for the inconvenience, however at checkout,……
