“Beautiful large home in private setting. The owner was nice and responsive. It could have been fantastic, but it just wasn’t set up thoughtfully for people to enjoy, especially for a high-end rental. No dining room table, very few lamps (lighting in general was an issue), dirty oven, dusty/dirty spots in bathrooms, dirty/stained rugs in the kitchen, one TV didn’t work, controls on bed in master bedroom didn’t work, no water glasses, very few hangars in the closets, expired food in fridge, only……

“Lovely setting, but there were issues. Something was falling from the ceiling onto the bedroom with the queen bed. The back bathroom was not clean, windowsills not clean, mold on the shower curtain. Old dog poop was on the deck. Leaves were on the floor in the hallway when we arrived.”

“It was wonderful to stay in this studio with a view of the ocean, a fireplace, and very welcoming host! It's a very short drive from the town of Gualala which has groceries, a couple good restaurants, and cute shops! The kitchen is equipped with the basics and the tub is spacious :)”
