“What a beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay, even in the dead of winter. The home itself is modern, welcoming, bright, everything you could dream of. The hosts are very active and successful artists who all but gave us a private master class in how their work is imagined and created. I don’t know when we’ve had a more delightful weekend. The walks to the beach were lovely, too. ”

“Beautiful Carriage house with well-appointed interior. Dawn has thought of every little detail to make uus comfortable. We enoyed the adirondack chairs in the backyard and the private beach just a short walk away. This deserves a galaxy of stars for the rating!”

“We had a very brief stay (Thursday night to Friday morning) for our son’s graduation from submarine school. The house and area were very pleasant, and would be comfortable for an extended trip. Very clean, plenty of basic kitchenwares, and in February the fireplace was a nice touch.One caveat: the listing says it is about 5 miles away from the USS Nautilus, but that must be as the crow flies, because it was actually a 20-minute drive to base. Keep that in mind before you leave for graduation!……

“Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. Nice central location for friends coming in from NJ, NH, MA and CT. Property was clean and well-kept, and a person shoveled the snow before we even got outside the next morning. Thanks again, Dan.”
