“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano ”

“Es ist eine tolle Gegend und die Anlage hat einen schönen Park mit Pool und Palmen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und vom Balkon sieht man den Park und den See. Man kann einfach einen entspannten Tag direkt dort verbringen oder die Umgebung, den See und die kleinen Städte erkunden.Da es etwas oberhalb der Stadt liegt und der Weg recht steil ist, ist man besser mit dem Auto unterwegs, falls man etwas braucht. “The Check-In was very easy and the owner was so nice. The kitchen was small and simple but had everything we needed. “Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa Alba. Sie hat einen mega Seeblick und den direkten Zugang ins Wasser. Wir waren dort jeden Tag im Lago Maggiore baden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern (Nina) war schnell und alles lief Prima. "Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
