“We love this beach house and its location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Dillon Beach. This house is so comfortable and quiet. The surf was good both days and got some perfect waves. “We really enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. The views are amazing and the property is very kid-friendly. The living spaces are located beneath the upper deck, and feel more like an in-law apartment, but it was the perfect size for myself and our 4-year old. “We were so charmed by this place, it is a sweet and quiet green house nestled into a few trees on a small hill. Perfect location, short drive to point Reyes station. The house had everything we needed and more, we cooked breakfast in the morning and found it so cozy, it was hard to leave! Will definitely stay again!”

“If you are looking for some beach time - this is the place. Great access to the beach. If the evenings/nights are chilly there is only 1 space heater so use accordingly. The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work.
