“Took several days at the lodge to enjoy the snow season. Home was the perfect base camp for quiet mornings, daytime excursions, and cozy evenings.As others have mentioned, upstairs sleeping area is loft style and open because of the layout - best for one or two families and those comfortable with some privacy but not many separate bedrooms. “This place was immaculately clean upon arrival! The cabin is very comfortable with everything you might need for your stay. We really loved the surrounding area and the absolutely stunning views! Not too far from Winthrop so that you can do some winter activities. Beware of winter visits because the drive up to the cabin is extremely steep and very slippery!! Chains are needed and extreme caution. ”
