“The location of these little cottages is unbeatable. It was super quaint and cute! Has everything you’d need for a weekend getaway for 2. I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. Just set your expectations correctly and……

“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. “Excellent Cottage! It is literally right across the street from the beach access trail. it leads down a slightly steep hill to the private beach! Has all the amenities, just not Keurig. 5 min drive or 20 min walk to downtown. We had a great time! ”

“Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty……
