"Initial hiccup with the booking as we had booked a room with a double and two twin beds and instead were given a room with 2 doubles. However we contacted the staff on arrival which was outside of routine hours and they responded promptly and fixed the problem."

"a nice appartment and a nice room. the hotel is just next to the shopping malls and very convenient. the room is spacious and clean. but the intercom doesn't work so i have to go down to reception for rubbish bags. the staff are very nice and sympathetic. there was a misunderstanding about the check ..."
