Studio Loft #344 offers:
• 800 square feet with two stories, two bed areas, two bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio space.
• A queen size murphy bed is separated from the living space area by the dining table. Downstairs is the living space kitchen. The living space has a sofa (queen sleeper-sofa), television, and DVD player. Upstairs are the second bedroom and bathroom. The loft also has a television.
• The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. It also has a stove top and oven.
• Two full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized bathtub.
• The Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

Whether you are hitting the slopes in the winter or exploring other trails during the warmer months, condo #344 offers an ideal home base for your alpine getaway.

Studio Loft condominium #344 gives you an incredible ski-in/ski-out (or hike-in and hike-out) experience. You can easily go home for lunch while skiing or snowboarding with this slopeside condo. You are close to the KT22 chairlift, Olympic House, Aerial Tram and more!

This two-story condominium is 800 square feet with two stories, two bathrooms, great gathering zones, and a dining table. The Studio Loft has two bathrooms conveniently located on each floor. The bottom floor bathroom has an oversized tub.

Upon entering this spacious condominium, a beautiful tile entry leads you to the kitchen, the adjacent queen murphy bed and kitchenette on the first floor. You’ll notice the wood built-ins, special condominium design and construction that add to the woodsy cabin feel – but there is nothing rustic about this space.

The open living room has a sofa, chair, coffee table and a bench you can borrow too. All this creates a comfortable gathering areas for après and the fun tales of the day. The television sits on a tall bureau if that is needed as an escape too. The queen murphy bed is separated from the living area by the dining table that seats six, offering a wonderful space to enjoy meals together. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.

The compact kitchen has wooden cabinets, new tile walls and granite counters. It is fully equipped with all the essential stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove top and oven.

The top loft space has wooden beams and walls to distinguish it from the downstairs. Inside you’ll find a second queen bed with a wooden bed frame. The bedroom can be made more private by a sliding barn door. This top floor has its own bathroom and a wall hanging television, making it a functional spot to work or for an escape zone.

After a day of skiing or snowboarding, enjoy the hot tubs and unwind. If you're here during the summer, the seasonal swimming pool leads you directly to a state of relaxation. Additionally there is the health club, steam room and sauna.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge condos truly are for four-season fun with activities and amenities to cater to every season and interest. Steps from the chairs, KT22 and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine you’ll have incredible access to the resort and mountain. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest, they are all nearby! Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails. Shirley Canyon is truly around the corner. Summer swimming pool, biking, hiking, Lake Tahoe beaches or boating, or several nearby Tahoe golf courses are all easily available.

Whether you are hitting the slopes in the winter or exploring the great outdoors during the warmer months, Studio Loft condominium #344 offers an ideal home base for your fun.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.
