The Dwellings at Davenport are perfect for family and friends visiting Omaha. Centrally located in Midtown, close to the Blackstone and Dundee Historical Neighborhoods. Within walking distance to UNMC for visting families or traveling medical professionals. Have fun exploring the city from this fanstastic spot just 15 minutes from the Omaha Dorley Zoo, Old Market, sporting arenas and the brand new Illuminarium.

The Space:
Newly furnished end unit perfect for families visiting UNMC or Omaha. Private apartment featuring a washer and dryer, full kitchen, living space and 3 bedrooms ideal for a weekend exploring or a long term stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy a private entrance and full access to the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Have fun exploring Blackstone & Midtown neighborhoods with shopping, great restaurants and all the essentials. Close to the World Famous Henry Dorley Zoo and Old Market downtown. Davenport Dwellings is the perfect home base to see all of Omaha!

Getting Around:
Car is best for exploring the whole city, however there are essentials services & UNMC within walking distance.

Weekend in Omaha

The property is great for a small number of people. It is important to know that the only parking available is street parking. Davenport is a fairly busy street. The apartment is very clean. Two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the master suite is in the basement. The location is 10 minutes away from everything.
