Beautiful Hotel, Poorly Managed
The hotel is modern and comfortable, with a great coffee and tea station, the dove shampoo and soap is also great; clearly a well-designed property.
However, the service was disappointing. I prepaid four nights as part of a package but missed my flight due to airline issues.
When I arrived early the next morning, they had given away my room without notice, even though it was fully paid.
After a long wait, they eventually “found” a room.
Housekeeping didn't always come during my stay, and I wasn’t informed that daily service wasn’t included.
When I requested fresh towels and cleaning, housekeeping staff refused, saying the hotel wouldn’t pay them because they get paid per room and my room wasn't on the list.
This place has great potential, but it’s poorly run and lacks basic communication and service standards.
