Property information says $29 Valet fee, it doesn't mention that if you park yourself the fee is the same. I parked myself and was still charged $29/night. Also says, dog food and water bowls are available, not true. We called the front desk to ask for them and they said they don't provide them. If we had known we would have brought our own. Also says robes are provided. When I called the front desk to ask about robes, they said they are $75 each. The shower was weird. It was raised off the floor a foot or more and there was only a 1 inch lip around it so every time you shower you have to use every towel to clean up all the water on the floor. Also, it was very difficult for me, a 60 year old woman to climb in and out of the shower and it's scary when the floor is wet. There is a sliding barn door for entry to the bathroom that was very heavy and hard to move. I had to leave it open so coming out of an elevated shower on a soaking wet floor with the door open I was freezing. They allow dogs but I don't think they clean up the carpet properly. Dogs in the hallway were sniffing all over the place and the owners had trouble walking them to the elevator. So wear your shoes at all times. There isn't any grass around the property. There is a tiny little dirt area near the back door where they provide bags but it's pretty useless if your dog weighs more than 10 lbs. The beds were comfortable and the man at the front desk was nice.
