The open concept features a spacious chef's kitchen, kitchen island seating for 4, and a dining table with seating for 4. The living area is perfect for cozying up by the gas fireplace. And there is a half bath on the top floor for convenience.

The bedroom level features comfy, carpeted bedrooms with super comfy beds and bedding. The double masters each have walk-in closets and en-suites. Take your pick between backyard access or city light views!

The property also features free in-unit full-size washer and dryer.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire unit and 1-car garage.

Enjoy the expansive private balcony and back patio. The backyard is not fully fenced.

Additional rules

We do allow pets with a $75 per pet per stay fee. This will be charged when you add your pet to the reservation.

We do NOT allow parties or unapproved events. We are not unreasonable. We want you to enjoy your time with your friends. However, in order to keep our property safe for all guests, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unapproved events and guests. This may be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation.

We do have security cameras on the exterior of the building.

Disobeying any of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund and may result in additional fees charged to you, including but not limited to a $250 fine.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in or on the property.
