We recently had the pleasure of staying at Farnam, one of Omaha's finest hotels, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Sam (the manager), Derek at Valet, and the front desk team. During our stay Sam, Derek, Jack and another young gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process, providing valuable information about the hotel's amenities, helping research a track our son could run at. Jack spoke to our son about running and gave a great recommendation on a local run. The leadership at this hotel is truly remarkable, with Sam, the manager, clearly leading a dedicated and professional team. His commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the hotel's operations. Special mention must be made of Derek in valet. He was always hustling to get our vehicle and made sure either the heat or air conditioner were already turned on when we got in the car that touch that made us feel valued as a guest.
