In room coffee maker broken, coffee at breakfast was lukewarm. Limited outlets in room, outdated room and entire hotel. Appeared to have just a family managing, not sure how they keep Wyndam name. Shower mildew, one lamp had no lightbulb, accessibile shower head shooting water out onto floor, no way to fix it. Not up to 2025 standards.

My theory is that this hotel was recently purchased by someone who plans to coast on good reviews from before they took ownership until they run it into the ground with a skeleton crew. Not enough people work there, full-stop. They do not answer the phone, speak professionally to guests, or clean adequately. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. The tub was stained, the bathroom door dirty, the carpet sticky, the sheets rough. It was truly a disgusting experience. I imagine at some point in the past it was run with an adequate amount of front desk and housekeeping staff, but those days are OVER. Do not stay here.

This hotel was terrible! Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I asked to change rooms bc my room had carpet and bed linen stains, the curtain had been half pulled off the rail, the mattress was horribly beaten down and indented and the pillows felt lumpy like they were stuffed with socks. My new room had carpet stains and the same curtain issue. When I called and asked to get a hair dryer they were “out of hair dryers.” I stayed for 8 days, asked for my room to b cleaned twice (bed made) and did not get that during my entire stay. Do NOT stay at this hotel!!

Facility was in very poor condition. Broken floor tiles, dirty carpet, wet carpet from a leak somewhere, would not provide 4 towels for the four guests in our room- only provided 2 towels and 1 washcloth. When asked for more was told we could only have two. No towels in pool area. Carpet on side of bed in room was very dirty, mold in bathroom and stained ceiling tiles. Very limited options for breakfast. Elevator certificate had been expired for 2 years! Please do not waste your money, time, or sanity staying at this hotel.

The service was horrible i think they were low on towels and other amenities. Overall the staff was nice but the hotel was outdated and dirty. Smelled in the halways and outside from smokers and sketchy people around property as well.

The building is in disrepair. The light bulbs were out on 2 of the 4 lamps. There was a rack mount missing on a towel rack so the rack was missing. The toliet paper holder was broken. The mount was missing that holds it on the right side. Never received towels or soap for 3 days.

It is ran in a very frugal way. Towels were unavailable after a certain time due to the laundry staff being gone. Pool was nice, beds comfortable but customer service was lacking. Breakfast was bare to none.

The check-in was fine, but the room was dirty and smelled. The bathroom had used towels & no toilet paper. I called the front desk and no answer. I went down and they had no towels and wouldn’t send anyone to clean the bathroom. The room temperature you couldn’t control.

There was dog poop in the hallway for a long time before somebody cleaned it up. There was a fight in the lobby between a manager and a group of people. I guess somebody fell on the wet floor. The wall where the air conditioning is damaged. It seems like there was always drama every day while we were there. The keys constantly didn’t work.

Carpet was so dirty in both rooms. No towels available in rooms when we checked in. They said we could get some in the morning but we were unable. Kept getting locked out of our room because no key cards would work. Had to make sure someone was in the room at all times because of this. Breakfast consisted of boiled eggs and dry cereal. Dirty tables. Leak by the elavator. Carpet was soaked. No coffee. Could hear conversations and phone chimes in rooms next to us. Absolutley terrible place to stay.
