“The property was clean and well put together. The check in process was easy and the instructions were clear. This was my first time using a VRBO. Beautiful location and the family history added such charm. ”

“Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. We never heard from them, and at 11pm we were left with no choice but to spend the night in the uncleaned space. We contacted Vacasa again in the morning to indicate we were……

“We spent all the time we weren’t sleeping hanging out on the deck. WHAT a view! Comfortable chairs out there, too. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We watched the turkeys walking by below us and flying up into the trees. ”
