“We loved our stay at Flaxmere Guest Cottage. The cottage was warm, sunny and spacious. Comfy beds with lovely linen and a woodburner. We self catered and it was perfect for staying in by the fire in the evenings. It was lovely being able to wander through the magnificent gardens. A truely unique place and we’d definitely rebook. ”

The atmosphere of the batch was amazing., We cranked up the fire and cooked potatoes so cool; Life as we knew it is still achievable.. “Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!”
