Welcome to our newly remodeled Beach Villa getaway on the shores of Lake Mille Lacs! We have spent the last couple of years updating our property so that our vacation renters can feel at home in our cozy, clean, up-north villa. Everything is brand new! The kitchen offers all new professional stainless-steel appliances, new cabinets, a reverse osmosis system for drinking water, which is also hooked to the ice maker, and granite countertops. The breakfast bar was expanded to optimize dining and entertaining, and we added our favorite bar stools to maximize comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you will need during your stay. We have a gas grill available for use right out the front door. The kitchen opens to the dining room where you can enjoy a nice meal or family game night. In case you are staying for a few extra nights, feel free to make use of the beverage center to keep your drinks nice and cold. The living room faces a beautiful, brand-new wood-burning fireplace that will be available for use in the fall/winter seasons and has a 55" Samsung Smart TV. But don't stop at the living room. Walk out to three-season, knotty pine, tongue and groove patio to enjoy what Mille Lacs Lake is best known for...its breath-taking sunsets. The grassy area along the lake is open to all visitors to use and fire pits are located right off the lakeshore. Don’t forget to pack your lawn games! When it is time to turn in for the night, the upstairs offers a lakeside master bedroom with a deck facing the lake, king bed, 55" Samsung Smart TV, private bathroom and closet. The guest bedroom offers sleeping for four with a queen bed and twin XL bunk beds and also has a private bathroom and closet. The unit is equipped with cable TV and WIFI.
Izaty's resort is hidden gem just 90 miles north of the Twin Cities and offers numerous amenities. Izaty’s Black Brook golf course is an 18-hole championship golf course located on acres of natural water and marsh hazards. There are 6 brand new pickleball courts as well as 2 tennis courts and a children’s playground area. The pool, outside hot tub and sand volleyball court are located just a short walk down the road from our villa. Upstairs from the pool you will find the Waterfront Bistro restaurant, bar and outdoor patio. There is also a marina available with rental options including pontoons, kayaks, paddleboards and fishing equipment. If you choose to bring your own boat there are boat slip rental options and a boat ramp available during boating season. Experience Mille Lacs Lake premiere fishing – famous for monster Walleye's and trophy-sized Muskie, Pike and Smallmouth Bass.
