“We liked that we could request an upper floor room instead of the first floor they were going to assign us with no hassle or objection.”

“We really like this hotel. It was warm, charming, clean and the staff very nice. Great spots to eat right on location and full continental breakfast is included. However, there is no elevator, so if stairs are an issue. This may be a problem. Also, parking is free and behind the hotel not far. ”

“I asked for an early check-in, because I wanted to get to the turning stone in time for Bingo The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful.”

“We stayed here for a concert at turning stone and it was super cool! Clean, warm, and cozy. Super historic, has a little museum and you can tour the mansion. Highly recommend!!! ”

“The lobby is beautiful and check in staff friendly. The Tavern had character and was fun. The food was nothing special, had to send back undercooked whole mini carrots twice. The menu was also very limited if you have dietary restrictions. The roasted chicken special was delicious. The room was a total disappointment. The bed creaked at any nice, the room was cramped and you nearly had to shimmy sideways to cross the room to a tiny bathroom. The hair drier was broken. I would not stay again or……
