“The pictures did not do justice. It was adorable and so clean. The beds and couch was so comfortable. Only issue was they started pouring concrete very early Saturday morning which the owners had no control over and things like that happen. ”

“Studio 3 is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished nicely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and the fact that the hosts supplied a couple of days worth of detergent. The hosts were phenomenal! On the night of our arrival some really nasty storms rolled in causing a power outage. They were super helpful with all information that they had available to them and willing to help make things more comfortable for us until power was restored. We loved the fact that this little gem is tucked……

“Awesome home that had everything we needed for our stay. Owners were responsive and helped in every way. This is a great location for all the trails in that area. Drive way is big enough for 4 cars. Great price!!”

“The owner and employees were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. You can tell that the owner has put in a lot of effort to remodel the hotel. Some of the rooms were still in progress but, it was still clean outside. They also have an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, which is great. We will be staying there again in the future.”

“This property was great. It says it sleeps 12 which it does, but the space may feel small with this size group if you have older kids and adults. It was clean and we enjoyed the variety of outdoor spaces and lights at night. We would suggest a better screen door to the back deck as it was loud and didn’t close all the way. The dock was very nice and the lake location was very private and close to Bo’s Marina which offers lovely views, great coffee and an awesome Saturday breakfast. The……

“Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. ”

“Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Couldn’t adjust the A/C. Set at 70. I about froze. ”
