“The accommodations and friendly Staff were very Good. The Hotel exterior needs to be freshly painted for better appearance and the driveway and parking lot is FULL of very LARGE Potholes needing to be repaved. “It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again”

“This place was amazing. The owner, Paul, could not be more friendly and helpful. He checked on us during our stay to make sure we needed anything. The property is so clean and my son really enjoyed the pool! It’s only 5 minutes to the dream park as well. I highly recommend!!!”

“Our stay at the Roxbury Motel was great. Our room was clean, and the decor unique. The whole place had great character and the front desk people were friendly. My only concern was that when I booked our room, it didn't say it was at the motel, which is a separate, but nearby, location from the Roxbury at Stratton Falls. Our friend were staying there and we didn't realize until we arrived that our place was down the road a couple of miles. Other than that, it was a great stay.”
