“Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough”

“Sehr neuwertiges Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer zum Hof sind eher dunkel, dafür aber ruhig bzw es ist kein Lärm der lebendigen Altstadt zu hören. Das Bett war sehr gut und auf dem TV konnte man sehr einfach eigene Inhalte wiedergeben. ”

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……
