“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Ziet er mooi uit, maar het is allemaal niet even praktisch. Wel design, maar de balans is wel een beetje zoek. Kamer op begane grond en wel last gehad van rokers die buiten met de deur open stonden te roken. Ook maakt de voordeur veel herrie als die dicht gaat. Kamers niet bepaald sound proof.”

“Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.”

“a parte i problemi con il check-in che abbiamo avuto e per il quale presenteremo un formale reclamo, non abbiamo riscontrato problemi. Struttura bellissima (il meteo non ci ha permesso di goderne appieno). “Een mooie locatie, mooi pand. De kamer was wat donker en krapjes. Maar wel heel modern en schoon. Prima voor alleen het overnachten. Jammer dat er net opbrekingen waren aan het eind van de straat, het parkeren was daardoor ook wat lastiger. Maar goed, daar kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen. Ontbijt was prima, fijne ontbijtzaal. Incheck en uitcheck oké, niets meer of minder dan dat. Echte hartelijke verwelkoming, interesse etc heb ik wel gemist. Wat onpersoonlijk daardoor.”

“Het commentaar dat je zou kunnen geven is dat de foto's niet meer uo 2 date zijn. Alles is zeer kortgeleden vernieuwd. De supermatrassen slapen heerlijk; daar kwamen we voor. Maar ook de algehele strand-aankleding van het hoteldeel voelt goed. Natuurlijk 's avonds hier ook heerlijke kibbeling van verse kabeljauw gegeten. Een feestje !”
